After completing check-out, we will call to finalize your tuning appointment and location. The tune is custom-made to your exact vehicle configuration and requires a few days to be compiled by YotaWerx.

Basics of a tune

• Re-calibrates your ECU and transmission control unit (for automatics) for improved driving and shifting performance
  
• Stays with the vehicle and does not reset, even with a dead battery
• Is fully reversible

What it achieves

• Increases low end torque
• Eliminates mid-range “flat zone”
• Improves shift logic to eliminate gear hunting (for automatics)
• Enhances throttle response
• Increases MPG (not guaranteed, varies by vehicle/setup)
• Increases alternator output/charging at idle RPM (for AGM battery setup)

Tune Process:

•          Your truck’s battery will be stabilized with a jumper or power station.
•           Leave keys inside and disconnect your phone from Bluetooth.
•          Laptop connects via OBDII port (driver’s side by pedals). ECU is checked for Toyota updates, then flashed. Engine idles ~2 minutes.
•          Payment due after tuning: Cash or Credit Card. Deposit is deducted.
•          You’ll test drive the vehicle; minor tune adjustments can be made afterward.
•           Your truck, reborn - experience the difference!

*Deposits are non-refundable due to cancellations or missed appointments, but can be applied to a future tuning slot. 

•          Liability waiver must be reviewed and signed prior to tuning.
